Data system protocol and storage of IP addresses

This Policy implements PressiousArvanitidis’ commitment to protect your personal data that will be processed by PressiousArvanitidis with which you have, have had or are likely to have an employment contract, for the purposes set out in Section 3 hereinbelow.
This Policy is intended to describe the widest range of personal data processing activities and always in accordance with the requirements of local applicable law. If you accept this Policy, you grant, to the extent required by local law, your express and written consent to the processing of the personal data you provide to PressiousArvanitidis.

Most of the personal data we process is information that you have knowingly provided to us. However, in other cases, we process personal data that we are able to deduce about you from other data you provide us with, or data inferred during our transactions with you, or personal data about you that we receive from third parties using a process you have been made aware of.
In some cases, the personal information you provide or we collect is considered Sensitive Personal Data and is subject to the privacy policy legislation. Within the framework of this law, “Sensitive Personal Data” is defined as personal data, from which we can identify or deduce information such as a person’s racial or ethnic origin, his/her political beliefs, religious or other related beliefs, his/her trade union or professional association membership, his/her physical or mental health or condition, his/her genetic data, his/her sexual life or forensic data (including information relating to the commission or alleged commission of a criminal offense). We only process Sensitive Personal Data within your jurisdiction if and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

There are CCTV cameras in operation in and around our premises and in our other areas, which may be used for the following purposes:

Unless otherwise specified, all personal data we request from you is mandatory. If you do not provide and/or allow us to process all the personal data required, we will not be able to retain complete information about you and this will, therefore, affect our ability to achieve the purposes set out hereinabove.

Please note that when you apply to us for a job online, you may be redirected to a third-party website with which PressiousArvanitidis has a contract for the processing of your personal data on our behalf. When we outsource the processing of your personal data to third parties or provide your personal data to third party service providers, we oblige such third parties to protect your personal data in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Policy, using appropriate security measures.
