At PressiousArvanitidis we are taking part for the fifth year in a row in the National Customer Service Week and we are feeling highly proud about that! This initiation is organized every year by the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service, which was established to develop, advance, and promote the quality of service offered to the customer, the citizen, and the consumer, both in the private and public sectors as well as the advancement of customer service culture in Greece.
Together with PressiousArvanitidis, Institute’s members are the most important companies in the country and with the help of the Institute, we all work to improve the customer service experience.
